Welcome to 29 Eleven Bed and Breakfast, a family-owned bed and breakfast stay in Nepal created with comfort, care, and purpose in mind. Inspired by Book of Jeremiah 29:11, our name reflects hope, faith, and a commitment to serving others with excellence and heart.
At 29 Eleven, we offer a peaceful and welcoming environment where guests can relax and feel at home. Each morning, a freshly prepared breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. Our accommodations include Superior Queen Rooms, Superior Twin Rooms, as well as 1BHK and 2BHK apartment options designed for couples, families, and extended stays.
More than just a place to stay, 29 Eleven Bed and Breakfast exists with a greater purpose. A portion of our profits supports social work initiatives in Nepal, allowing every guest’s stay to make a positive impact in the community.

One 1BHK Apartment – A spacious and elegant suite with one queen bed and one single bed, a separate furnished kitchen, a cozy seating area with a 7-seater sofa, and a 43” TV — Ideal for couples or small families
- One 2BHK Apartment – Fully furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and 2 private bathrooms. A spacious and elegant suite with one master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a children’s room with two single beds, a separate furnished kitchen, a cozy seating area with a 7-seater sofa, and a 43” TV — Perfect for families or group stays.

29 Eleven Bed and Breakfast is situated in the serene area of Bhaisepati Magargaun, Kathmandu, providing a peaceful environment while remaining easily accessible to key areas of the city. Just a 30-minute drive from Tribhuvan International Airport.
